yea its a really good workout too just need the money. i would ship it but i think it would be pretty expensive. im gonna check tomorrow how much it would be and maybe i can ship it and have the winner pay if its not too much.

i was gonna do just local pick up but didnt think i would get any bids. then i looked up the shipping and i was actually going to change the shipping but then i got a bid so i guess its to late. But i am offering both local pick up would be perfered!!

i put that i would do free shipping but then i was gonna change it but i go a bit on it lol. I would perfer pick up just because i really dont know the exact shipping it will be to ship it. i got an estiment for about 23 bucks and see alot of people complain when someone puts that the winner has to pay for shipping. but if you think about it for about maybe 25-30 buck for shipping your getting a 200-300 ab circle for free.

I think the winner should at least pay half, since, like you said, they will be getting an expensive piece. It is easier to get bids on free shipping, but you have to make it worth it to you. offer free on small items, I learned the hard way, also. If I win, I will go half with you!

This thing kills your knees but it is fun :) and I really only felt it work on my calves unless I used it for like an hour.... by then my knees were hurting so bad that I couldnt do it the next day...

yea same here i mostly felt it in my arms and legs. but i have a bad knee so its hard for me to use it!

I have one of these and they are awesome!! It works if you spend at least five minutes a day! It does hurt your knees but all you have to do is wear knee pads!! I fanned you and please fan me back and check out my auction!! Thank-you and you will definetaly get alot of credits for this. It is a $200.00 excercise machine and well worth it!! :D)
