they won my auction , didnt like the game destroyed it and then said it didnt work and listia is giving them a refund , im raising he^^ about this and im leaving listia after these auctions i think ...listia really needs to learn how to run this site better ....and stop these scammers from doing this to the good sellers , im so mad now i could scream , i cant even re list this game now = looks like they took a key to it , what can i do ???? anyone know ?

oh wow, I know what you mean I have had some that wasn't fair. I do think they should consider the persons ratings and how long they have been on. I think that they just have standard rules and they don't look out of the box.
I hope you change your mind, I was on there before and stop for about 6 mos just got busy. now coming back there are so many nasty people putting nasty comments that could mess up your auction. List item and then when you win they don't send it or even answer your email. lot of wasted time, and you have to wait 5 days.
I won lots of items for Christmas gifts, never got them.
Listia needs nice people like you, to keep people like me sane,
