Im sure if u take the Mp3 player to a Radio Shack or Best Buy or even Walmart they could help get the proper items needed.

Do you have the cd for it? I see the one pic has the sticker on it saying to install cd to get started. Does it have the cord to connect to computer (USB)?

No cd or usb. Didnt get them with the mp3 player originally so dint have them at all, im sure a usb and compatible cd could be found somewhere.

Id love to get this for my son for christmas, were not that well off and listia is a great place to get things for him, even if they are hand me downs. What kind of cord does it require to hook it up to a pc? Micro usb, mini usb, or special cord?
