You are bidding on a Pre-Owned iPod touch Gen 3 32GB in excellent working condition. It has cosmetic blemishes on the back of it but if you put it in a case you cannot see it.

I have reset it back to its original state & deleted all content off of it. This is how it will arrive to you. Ready for you to set it up the way you like it & start using it immediately. It's at full charge.

I am including the USB sync cable. You can use this to charge it at a computer or on a AC adapter (not included). I am also including a pink silicone case, blue stylus & new earbuds. It will come in its original box. The iPod itself retails pre-owned at Gamestop for $149.99. This is what I paid for it. Plus you get accessories & FREE SHIPPING (USA ONLY)! 30-Day Warranty: If the iPod were to malfunction on its own I could replace it with another pre-owned iPod touch Gen 3 32GB. If you were to drop it for instance & you damaged it, the warranty does NOT cover that. So if it malfunctioned on its own you would send it back to me & I would take it to my local Gamestop to get you another identical iPod. Keep in mind that YOU would be responsible for shipping both ways. I don't anticipate the warranty being needed. This iPod works great! It has never malfunctioned on me.
