Beautiful , it might be hand wrought or hand hammered. Wonderful design. Floral center, with pie crust rim. Very ornate design, looks like it might have been hand done. You can clean the brass up with toothpaste, or leave the wonderful patina the years have put onto this piece.
It measures about 11 inches across. It could be used in the home, hung on a wall, or just displayed on a side table
