Heavenly stuffed bell peppers recipe. This is another family fave and well worth trying. You can make the filling spicy or not so spicy and like most of my recipes, it is very forgiving and easy to make. You can even make way more than you need of the filling and freeze part for the next time you want stuffed peppers. That's what I do and it's just as good the second time around. I personally don't eat the pepper itself as I am not fond of them but I do love the flavor they impart into the filling and my husband doesn't let my leftover pepper go to waste.

The filling can also be used for stuffed cabbage or stuffed zucchini and I am sure would be good in other veggies I haven't even tried.
