12 inches down back 8 inches underneath 14 inches around but will stretch its sweater material

if it goes over 300 credits its free..if not I take it to the Post Office and find out exactly. I would imagine it will be between $3 and $4 I have never mailed anything small like that for more than $4 and I pay for a confirmation number that I will provide you.
