It also says it must be signed by restaurant person to be valid. It has to be 100% free. No purchase required to be sold on listia.

I already submitted a report to listia asking for them to clarify. If I do not hear back from them, I will still send the card to the winner of the auction. I apologize for not understanding. The rules claim their cannot be a minimum purchase requirement, and I misunderstood. Even though it says purchase of an entree required it does not have a specific amount listed so I assumed it was okay. As for the signature, I received it this way when I purchased a gift card for a friend. The friend cannot eat the blossom (allergies) so I figured I would put it on auction. I will not put any items similar to this on auction following this one.
