The listing, Tutu Dress 2T/3T small has ended.

Tutu Dress is size 2T but could fit a small 3T. It is white and Sparkly Brown tulle bottom with Yellow Daisies and a Plum Color Top Dress has a halter straps white with buttons so it can be strapless too.
* Please Read everything. I only take PayPal debbiecakes44@yahoo.com and yes there is a shipping price will not change so please don't ask.
* I will not refund Credit if you bid and then deiced you do not want it, but will refund for special reasons.
* Dress will be shipped out once shipping is paid and you will receive a tracking number, if you can not pay shipping right away please let me know and i will hold the dress i am willing to work with anyone so just let me know. If i can not get a hold of you or you dont let me know about shipping i will keep credits and relist dress.

Do you make these dresses?? I think you might have made my nieces flower girl dress! It looked just like this but white with purple flowers! And i know she got the dress near canton, we live in Dallas.

Who knows lol. i make so many and only some make it to my Facebook Page Sunflower Tutus. I try to take pictures of them all for the site but some people need them quickly so i dont have the time but if I did I hope she LOVED IT :). and yes i do make these all by hand.

Yes the shipping free I did have shipping on it but since this is the second relist on this dress I thought it would be nice to make it Free
