the person i bought it from said it is 10k. It has never been worn or taken out of the box except for me to take a picture of it

FYI for those who keep asking if it is 14K or 10K:
The sticker says it has a "Solid Gold LOOK"- that is not the same thing as being gold. It is a lovely piece and looks nice, just don't be fooled thinking it is actually gold.
