This works great and safe to be around kids. My husband shared this recipe 4 years ago when we got our dog. Being from Southern Illinois I know that it is very easy for people to bring fleas or even ticks in unknowingly on their clothes, especially if you have kids. Let face it kids love to run play in trees on the ground. :*) With this spray you should also spray your home. That should keep your cats, the babies and you safe from bites.

It does have a scent that will fade over time. I will say with in hours.

is it a chemical like scent the reason I ask is my son has severe asthma and is very sensitive

not at all I have a 9 and 1 year old that has asthma in my house and my oldest has had asthma scene he was a baby and I have never had any problems with this. It is all natural and safe.

My lil Jack Russell is ate alive no flea meds have worked so far and she is missing 3/4 of her hair and is red and whining all the time please help us I have had her 7 years and her mamma 9 years now fleas are the worst ever this year

Can you use this on Fido or Fluffy as well as spraying your home? I probably missed it. MLM is sooo right Florida is like flea heaven down here. I'm tired of my babies getting eaten up.
