The listing, Dried Flower Glass Paperweight (Cream Dried Flowers) has ended.

This is a beautiful flower glass paperweight with cream dried flowers inside. It is not signed but there is a sticker underneath that says 18th Century Bouquet, Princeton, NJ. This is a vintage paperweight; not new. There are a few surface scratches on the top and the bottom green felt has some wear. I have had this vintage paperweight for many, many years and it was a great addition to my desk area at home.

Hi, there isn't any paint. It is where the felt is glued to the glass paperweight. Yes, it has some wear as I stated in the description as it is very old and has been used on my desk. I also stated that it does have some scratches on the top of the glass as it is very old. Those are the best pictures I could get when I was taking them.
