small question lost did you drop it or blunt force to it or water damage ?
Did it happen during a update ? Sounds like could be a main board or a battery issue if not water damage

shipping should only be a couple bucks. I just started learnign about ipods for repairing them and such wouldnt mind being able to fix this up for a friend little sister as a christmas gift.
