The measurement inside the shoe from heel to toe is 9 inches.

no they are too big for me and I wear a size 4 in shoes. lol I'm a little person and a size 6 in boots. if you would like to bid and if you win I will ship them to you and if they don't fit ship them back and I will give you your credits back.

I think small in shoes usually means 6-7. You must wear girls shoes if u wear a size 4! Smallest I've ever heard them making in womens sizes is 5 I think lol.

yes I do. I'm 34 almost 35 and I'm 4"8. though these shoes I loved and thought that maybe I could get them to fit me but I couldn't. I hate being so small sometimes. lol.

i worked in a shoe store for years a girls size 5 is a womens size 6 and a half had a lot of women buying girls shoes because they liked the styles better

I know why they say small there the shoes that you can get for Halloween.
Very cute though great auction I have a pair of boots I got one year and I wear them when I dress to go out for a nice evening
