This is a surgical steel belly rind with a dangling heart that is mood color changing. It is brand new. Never been out of the baggy it came in til now to take picture. Very cute and dainty. It is also a 14g. I do not ship international. If you would like to bid and have this shipped international you will pay the costs for shipping paid via paypal.
