When sold to me I was told it is at least 20 years old.

Some trivia: Betty Boop was the first female flapper cartoon. She made her first appearance on August 9, 1930 in the cartoon Dizzy Dishes.

I can't read the back of it. I even used a magnifier and can't make it out. I don't think it is an actual signature but words maybe.
