overall it still looks new, i didn't use it a lot because i don't like double straps. it's not torn anywhere nor does it have any surprise holes (like in the zippered pocket, and it's big enough to hold a stethoscope, large wallet, a handful of ink pens, lotion, hand sanitizer,phone and a 16 oz coke.
