To Redeem your Key:

Go to Arcane Hearts website[http://www.arcane-hearts.com/] and register or login to Z8 Games.
Click on the play button and login into the game
After you have created a character please go to the coupon redeem page[http://arcanehearts.z8games.com/redeem-coupon/].
Enter the provided code and select your character and the items will be mailed to the user via the in game mailing system.

I have no idea of which products are given but I think they are the starter pack
