This is a really cute collar for your Dog. Why should we have all the good things... This collar is adjustable from 11 1/2" to 15 1/2". Has s triangle of bandana attached so doggie is always dress to go out.

DON'T KNOW SIZE AND NO TAPE MEASURE? Take a piece of string, ribbon, shoe lace, etc and measure the item, one side at a time... Take a piece of computer paper..fold in half lengthwise, fold in half again, fold again..open up and you have 8 1" sections..use this to measure the string, or whatever you used to measure.
