This has NOTHING to do with Pokemon, people. It's a code you use for 'Club Nintendo' to do a SURVEY and get points for it. It's a little piece of paper you get when you buy Nintendo products! The lister is only saying it came with a Pikachu Edition 3DS XL.

It only matters if you already registered a pokemon Y game on your club Nintendo account, because you cant register the same game twice. Other than that this person is correct it is not connected to pokemon.

Neither. It only gives you club nintendo points on the site. (In other words, if you are not already a club nintendo user, don't bother with this auction.)
