Sure, but it is pretty expensive, here is the quote from USPS:
Priority Mail International® Medium Flat Rate Box USPS-Produced Box: 13-5/8" x 11-7/8" x 3-3/8" or 11" x 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" 6 - 10 business days $59.95 (USD)
It is currently running Windows XP, but if I were to continue using it I would probably roll it back to the Linux version it came with. It does have Wifi and wired ethernet.
Offhand, I don't know when it was made, but I bought it new in 2008. It has a 2gb SSD and 512mb RAM. Currently running Windows XP but can be reverted to Linux.
Windows XP or revert to Linux. It probably isn't beefy enough to play games on reasonably (think more like checking your email, light web-surfing, playing Pandora in your kitchen, etc.)
