Its says made in the USA not France. The only authentic LV items that were made in the USA are vintage and they would say made under special license in the USA. This wallet is not authentic. The date code shows it being made in May of 1993.

1990 to 2006. Two letters followed by four numbers with the first two letters representing the factory location, the first and third numbers representing the month and the second and forth numbers representing the year. For example, “VI1025” would indicate a factory location in France and a manufacturing date of December, 2005.

This indicating there is no 9 in my date code. It was made may 03 as previously stated.

I know my Louis Vuitton very well thank you. I apologize I was mistaken on the 9 in the date code, but the factory location is SD and that would be in France. Therefore it wouldn't be marked Made in the USA. It would say Made in France. Im not trying to be rude. I just want people to know that they are bidding on a very high quality replica.

It would be France prior to 1995 but after 1995 they opened San Dimas in which the SD date code then became USA made in and not just France.
