Questions & Comments

This is not a normal cancellation. Isn't it a "Pre-cancel", meaning it was sold in a canceled form by the Post Office shown on the cancel, so this stamp might not actually have been used? Does it have glue on it or has it been soaked off?

This stamp is a great example of a really well-centered image. Certainly so much better than the off-center "pre-cancel"!

It appears to have been soaked off, there is some paper residue on it.
