This chess set is complete with all 32 pawns in a durable plastic in like new condition. The board is also in wonderful condition. It is red and black (as seen in the second picture), with numbers on the black squares. It's made by Parker Brothers, and it says its for ages 8-adult, but I think it would make a wonderful learning set for an adult to teach a child of almost ay age. Instructions are printed on the inside of the cover of the box. The box has some minor wear, but is definitely still usable.
