There is a point since you can buy the sensor/receiver piece on ebay for $5-$10. Both controllers do work fine otherwise (as far as battery operations and functions go) instead of buying brand new controllers which can range at a more expensive rate.

Just so i can clarify a rude comment there is no sensor (as stated) with these it can be purchased on Ebay for $5-$10 the actual controllers work fine when batteries are in and there are no problems with the actual controllers themselves.

Its a sensor/receiver piece i say sensor but it's like the receiver piece is what it is - same thing.
