The listing, Sprint HTC Evo Design 4G. has ended.

This is an ALMOST brand new phone. It was very gently used, for a short time.. And was only used with an Otterbox Defender case (not included.) It has also been restored to factory settings.
It includes the charger and will be shipped in the original box asap.

I believe so. It was activated for Sprint, so it should just need set up with the new users plan.

is this a GO phone or a contract phone?

This phone will only work on the Sprint network. It can't be used with another company. I do believe that Sprint has a new pay-as-you-go plan, so you don't have to sign a contract.. I think that is what I've heard, you would need to look into it to be positive though. Hope that helps! :)

Hi Jerry..ok so just to clarify this phone was used with a contract account correct? pay as you go phones are locked to that service and cannot be activated on a contract plan which is what I need. Thanks so much for you input!
