Today's offering is a North Dakota centennial souvenir dollar commemerating the year 1881 - 1981. The obverse has a picture the Old State Capitol, and a likeness of John Miller, the First Governor. The reverse has a likeness of the NR Depot and Mandan, Home of The 7th Calvary It is about the size of a dollar or 1 1/2 " in diameter, or 39cm for those that use the metric system.It is silver in color, but I cannot affirm that it is silver.
