Merona skirt. Gauzy type material. Size is 12 but fits a little smaller, like an 8/10. It is black with white vines/flowers. Length is about 24"

I understand! I'm getting 15" in the waist and about 19" in the hips. It doesn't have any give to the material If you decide to get it and it doesn't fit you can mail it back and I'll refund your points. You'll just need to pay the return shipping.
