Is this origianal equipment? If not, does it have a good connection when connected? The reason I ask, is the one I have is not and original equipment charger and it doesn't connect well without messing with it.

as far as I know, yes it is original equipment. The person that it belonged to no longer has that phone so they didn't need it anymore. She said that it worked fine with no problems.
