i won this for my daughter but she wont wear it cause she has a cat hat she loves more anyways This auction is for a super cute penguin winter hat! :) it has flaps on the sides that cover you ears! cute red fuzzy balls that hang down! and there's a little tuft of red fuzz that pokes off the top of the head of the hat. the person i won it from said she got this at spencers and wore it one time! this retails for $22.99! it is such an adorable hat! i bet no one will have the same one :)
