it's .5 oz, I looked on the post office website, and I think it can go First-Class Mail Parcel, but I'm not sure if I have the right envelope they would want for that fee...but it says $2.07, but the padded flat rate says $5.95, I have to go to the PO today anyway, let me go ask them, and I'll get back with you. OK.
