The ring holder part is a little more than 1 1/2 inches tall. The base is an off white color ~"cream" color. The outside of the base has little "crimps" ( kinda like the edge of a pie) The size is 3 1/2 inches high X 3 1/2" the long way. THIS IS JUST THE RIGHT SIZE! It has NOT been used. It has been in the "1990"s" big box of things for all this time ...It is from the 1999 Springwater Enterprises. It has the oringinal Box.
