Wiss has been in the business since 1848 and is known for putting out the finest quality scissors throughout the world. They are used, but in very good condition. Remember a good pair of pinking shears can cost a bit of money. These retail new for $49.95. Also the shears are USA made.

One picture makes the blades look rusty. There is no rust at all. In real great shape.
