The screen quit working. When the phone is on you can touch the screen and hear that it is working but you cannot see what is on the screen. The screen started to go out on the top where you could see half of the screen then it finally went black with a few colored bars that show up.

Comes with phone and the battery and charger. This is a used phone so it has some scratches on it but still in very good condition other than the screen.
This is a Verizon phone but works with other companies. Was using it through Cricket.

can this phone be prepaid or do you have to get into a contract?

I am not sure. Maybe you can call your local provider and ask. As I said in the post it says Verizon but was being used through Cricket so if it can switch through companies I would think it can be pre-paid. I have a friend who has one of the new Droid 2 phones and he uses it through pre-paid if that helps any.

No I do not. I know that you can hear it when you touch it. I know that if you manage to answer a call or call someone you can hear them and they can hear you but the touch screen is black-you cannot see anything on it.

NEW INFO. So as I said in a last reply this was my friends phone. He just brought me the cord today and when he did he also brought the tips-hints-shortcuts book and another back to the phone. The back on it has black triangles and the other one has the same but its purple. I would show you but I cannot add any more pics now. Maybe you can look it up on line and see.

Just to let whom ever wins this know I have to work tomorrow so if you win send me your address and when I get home from work I will let you know if I got your address. I get paid Thursday and will try to mail it then but no promises because I have to work Thursday and Friday and I work a "get done working when all the work is done" job so my hours are not set and I may get home after the post office closes. I am unsure about Saturday yet but I will send it as soon as I can and will let you know as soon as I mail it. Thank you all.
