Beans need sun, sun, and more sun. Being a bush variety (ie not climbing) they are easy to grow in pots. They need plenty of water or the beans will dry out on the ends, but try not to leave water sitting on the leaves too frequently or they will develop rust fungus. Beans pull nitrogen from the air, so they really do better without fertilizer. If you let them just rot in place after the season, they will naturally fertilize for whatever you plant the next season. These seeds go deep. Like 1-2" down. 4" apart.
