Do you mean that waterproof backing on the back as opposed to it just being the same material as the bib? It does have a waterproof backing on it.

Yes ma'am - that is the stuff but not the loose vinyl stuff the stuff that is like spray coated to the material. So the drool doesn't soak through to the clothing.
Is the other bib you have listed the same way?
