looking for a laptop for my son hes going to college and would this be the same i have no clue what tablets are lol

You would have to purchase a keyboard for it, they make them especially for 7" tablets and you just plug it in, and if he needed to print something out he would have to have access to a printer. other than that they are pretty much the same, this is just smaller without a keyboard.

I honestly don't know, I don't know anything about Bluetooth and what you can and cannot connect it to. Here is the Model# and brand, maybe you can be able to tell from looking up more information on it thru googling that & it features. It's a Coby Kyros Android 4.0 Tablet Model# MID7033-7

Yes, they all come with a manual as well as the manual being right on the tablet.
