This book is so big it wouldn't even fit on my scanner, so the ends are cut off in the photo! It's called "Four Ingredient Cookbook" by Joanna Farrow. ISBN: 0681923768. Sells new on Amazon for $36-$54 (which is absolutely ridiculous!). My copy is just shy of being "like new," with only minor shelf wear and bending of the cover corners. But the inside pages are all absolutely perfect! Smoke and pet-free home.

What I love about this book is that it has tons of color photos of each dish. Even though there are only 4 ingredients, many of the recipes could qualify as "gourmet" -- like the Red Onion and Olive Pissaladiere, or Moroccan Carrot Salad.

The book weighs a ton (well, about 3 pounds actually) so I'm asking for $3.50 postage media mail, paid via paypal. If bidding gets up over 200 credits, I'll throw the postage in for free.
