The listing, Native Florida Swamp Hibiscus 5 seeds has ended.
Swamp hibiscus (Hibiscus coccineus), also called scarlet hibiscus, is a fast-growing perennial flower hardy in U.S. Department of Agriculture hardiness zones 5 through 10. The plants grow between 4 and 8 feet tall, and have deep-green leaves similar to those of a maple tree. Bright red, 6-to 8-inch blooms appear in midsummer and continue to form until fall. Swamp hibiscus prefers full sun and evenly moist soil. It can be started from seed after the last frost in spring.
