I am confused. Is it a batter or a charger. Your title seems to indicate that your listing is for a charger, but your second to the last line seems to indicate that it's a battery. Answer before the auction ends, please.

Second to last line, seller states that they bought this item thinking that they needed to replace the charger, but found out that the problem was their battery. Thus, they don't need this charger. This auction is for a Dell power/charging cord.
