what is the little problem with the phones

Well the phone in the third pic takes like 2 minutes to completely go into the main menu menu and the phone in the phone in the second pic the headphone part has a glitch cuz everytime you plug in your headphones and you twist it, it play a different song and automatically put your songs on random

They work fine on everything except the phone in the third pic takes a while to turn on and the phone in the second has a glitch in the headphone part that's all
