No. You need a japanese ps1 or a ps2 unless if you have a modded ps1 or ps2

Yes, it won't work on a normal ps1. I have a japanese ps1 but they're hard to find plus expensive. I was gonna offer you a GIN price because I have the necessary stuff to play it but you prefer bids which is fine with me :)
