No this is a gateway 2000. It's a desktop motherboard with CPU and ram.

Just from experience I would recommend insurance.
I'm not sure but probably around $20 with insurance and 3 day guaranteed shipping.

I can just ship it normal mail and it will be cheaper but then if it doesn't work when you get it you won't be able to get the value of the computer back. I can ship without insurance just want the buyer to understand that this is sensitive stuff and if it was me I would have it insured. But if you don't want to I can do it without probably $5 to $7 without insurance and normal mail.
