The leather is raw-ish/ rough - this is not suede leather! The tag says "Made in the USA - Bloom Brothers CO." It is a tad size bigger than a "Full Deck of Cards" (:~! Purchased it 12ish years ago in a podunk town that refers to itself as a City (:~ "Mackinaw pronounced Mackinac" CITY? hardly qualifies! but that is where I purchased them, the case is used but in good condition!
