it is a samsung camera phone, has a wall charger no car charger, works excellent, only used approx, four months by my husband who changed to a different company, modelnumber is sch-u350, was used by verison prepaid, sims card is clean and ready to be used. screen is free of scratches and wear and tear not broken, great phone, had two one already went a month ago person was very satisfied with phone. hope all of this helps with your questions

Hey, Verizon doesn't use SIM cards. You probably meant to say it has a clean ESN or MEID. Just trying to help for people looking at this auction. :)
