New Cute doggy fishing outfit w/hat, Khaki colored made by Woolrich a company est. 1830. This outfit has velcro, zippers, pictures of bait hooks, 5 little pockets. No size is listed, so I will give you the measurements.
Neck to bottom of jacket 9"
Shoulder to shoulder 8"
Would PROBABLY fit all small dogs such as a Chihuahua, Pekingese , Pomeranian, Yorkshire Terrier, Papillon, Dachshund, Maltese, or Toy Poodle, etc.

I have a jack russell/chihuahua mix, so he is a weird fit.... anyway to get the actual girth, he is barrell chested and the only reason I have to generally go up to a medium size
