This is a gorgeous spaghetti strap dress, its blue with a sheer brown over-lay 100% polyester lining and 97% polyester 3% spandex over-lay.
It has circles of blue sparkles on the sheer and a slightly padded bust that scrunches in the front.
Ties in the back with brown silky Feeling fabric, which is also around the bottom hem.
NO stains, or holes. Check out the last photo to see the only defect I could find. (its on the back of the dress on the lower hem line) hardly noticeable.
