After watching the short snap video(posted below) I think these would actually be a cute "gag" gift.
Here is a new item I have never seen b4 and I did pick them up at the dollar store .. Wack-A-Pack Surprise Greetings. Which are Self Inflating Balloons. So this pack contains 4 of these Self Inflating Balloons and each one has a different saying on it. The 4 sayings that I can tell are; a kitty saying I Love You, a Bumble Bee saying Bee Mine, a Heart saying 100% Love & 1 other that I can't really see the pic that well But I can read it says All I Need is Your Love. The package is sealed and I didn't want to open it. Now the directions say to 1) Smack the pack 2) Watch and wait 3) Balloon inflates and shows the surprise, then shake for 5 seconds. These also come with 4 strings to attach.
Now I'm guessing the surprise is the Note on the balloon. I have taken a picture of the back hoping you can read the directions. It also says Adult Supervision and ages 4+.
