Original
Lamb's Quarters, higher in vitamin value than spinach with a mild spinach flavor. Easy to grow in any soil, yet loves heavily mulched soil best. Been growing it for years and use it instead of spinach and use it a lot in my alfredo pasta dishes instead of using spinach. You can expect the plants in a well mulched/watered bed to get 6'-7' tall and shaped like a douglas fir. I have had as much as 2 1/2 lbs of greens from one plant. It is also great goat feed once it flowers or early seed stage.
