I can't control the Auction format of the website. My bid was for over 5000pts. The way auctions work is when other ppl bid it will automatically up my bid until I am outbid. Theres no way to guarantee 5000 unless started for that. I do want to be fair though please click on your user name in top right corner and read my message to your inbox. I totally want to be fair with you.

You should be able to offer a GIN until someone bids. I would do 5000 GIN and pay shipping. You would have to edit the auction. Some ppl offer GIN some don't. I like the item I have F&W = fanned and watching interested even if you don't offer a GIN
